My natural flair and talent for the art and craft of makeup is the quintessential reason for pursuing this profession as my career. Prior to formal education in makeup, and hairstyling, which I received from The Pearl Academy of Fashion, I have displayed my art at various events, such as weddings, photo shoots, and theatre productions. My inspiration and stimulation for the craft come from makeup artists like Kevyn Aucoin and Bobbi Brown. I have studied extensively, both theoretically and practically, multifarious procedures and approaches, for example, corrective makeup, prosthetic and special effects, character makeup, and airbrushing techniques, along with bridal, ramp, fashion, decades, natural, and evening makeup.With over 20 years of experience in the Beauty Industry, my work has featured in various magazines like Hello, Smart Photography, Vogue, India Today, LA Polo, The Machinist, India’s Next Top Model –Season 2 (TV show for MTV), Assisted Team Lotus at the Lotus Makeup India Fashion Week 2018, conducted Makeup & Styling workshops at United Institute of Design, Ahemdabad to name a few.
